I have been there…

After coming to the US as a foreign student, I spent two decades on Wall Street working in technology. I had direct experience of the invisible high demand pressure and what stress tasted like. I know what it felt like to have over-worked and running low on adaptive energy; the uneasiness about the future uncertainties; or how frustrating it can be when you lose patience, snap at someone and feel bad afterward.

Things changed after I started Vedic Meditation. I felt more energy and mental clarity throughout the day. The contrast also made me realize how little I knew about the effect of stress on me. Instead of reacting, I also learned how to interact with the world.

I teach Vedic Meditation…

I studied under Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati (Thom Knoles), a pre-eminent master-teacher of this Vedic Meditation technique. Over 12 weeks in the foothills of Himalayas, Rishikesh, he trained me in the original method taught by his teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who brought meditation to the west.

Following this immersive training program, I was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition and have the personal blessing to teach by Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Brahmachari Maharaj, Supreme Authority of the Vedic Tradition. This is a rare honor that very few people from the west receive.
