One of the best aspects of being a Vedic Meditator is the ongoing support available for free. Group meditations amplify your personal practice. When meditators come together, the collective coherence enhances the depth and quality of your own meditation — making it easier to transcend and release stress.
It's also a powerful way to stay inspired, ask questions, refine techniques, and connect with community, which helps reinforce the habit and longevity of your practice. Being surrounded by like-minded people creates a supportive environment that accelerates growth and reminds you: you're not doing this alone.
A round is a sepecific sequence of Vedic asana (gentle yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation and lie down. It is also known as industrial meditation, where your whole body is being primed through the Vedic asana and pranayama and it will take your meditation into a deeper experience.
In a rounding workshop, I will take you through the detailed steps of a full round. You will walk away with some written instructions and a deeper practice.

Private 1-1 coaching provides an intimate opportunity to advance your meditation practice and address your specific situations and questions by drawing inspirations and parallel from the Vedic Meditation practice itself.
This opportunity aims to bring new perspectives around your situations, help you discover your inner strength, eliminate mental obstacles, and discover your evolution journey.
Exploring the Veda is a profound course, as taught by Thom Knowles, designed for meditators seeking to deepen their inner stability and contribute positively to a world saturated with stress.
It teaches that the most effective way to meet life’s challenges is by cultivating a non-variable, high state of consciousness — enabling clarity, adaptability, and right action in every moment. Rooted in the ancient knowledge of the Veda, this training guides participants toward the state where one lives in perfect attunement with nature’s intelligence.
Through six transformative modules, Exploring the Veda offers not just knowledge, but a path to fearless living and blissful evolution.

Mastering the Siddhis, as taught by Thom Knoles, is an advanced course exclusively for Rishis (see explanation in ETV above), offering a powerful leap in both knowledge and direct experience. Rather than teaching how to manifest, it reveals the underlying mechanics of manifestation already at play in every moment of life - empowering participants to consciously create experiences aligned with their highest evolutionary purpose.
Rooted in the ancient Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali, this course is the first of its kind in a generation to comprehensively teach the siddhis (from the Sanskrit - extraordinary perfected human capabilities), blending intellectual clarity with deep experiential practice. It's an invitation to master the laws of nature from the level of consciousness itself.
Each installment builds on the last, making it the most powerful tool in a meditator's repertoire.
