A round is a sepecific sequence of  Vedic asana (gentle yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation and lie down. It is also known as industrial meditation, where your whole body is being primed through the Vedic asana and pranayama and it will take your meditation into a deeper experience.

In a rounding workshop, I will take you through the detailed steps of a full round. You will walk away with some written instructions and a deeper practice.

Mastering the Siddhis, as taught by Thom Knoles, is an advanced course exclusively for Rishis (see explanation in ETV above), offering a powerful leap in both knowledge and direct experience. Rather than teaching how to manifest, it reveals the underlying mechanics of manifestation already at play in every moment of life - empowering participants to consciously create experiences aligned with their highest evolutionary purpose.

Rooted in the ancient Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali, this course is the first of its kind in a generation to comprehensively teach the siddhis (from the Sanskrit - extraordinary perfected human capabilities), blending intellectual clarity with deep experiential practice. It's an invitation to master the laws of nature from the level of consciousness itself.

Each installment builds on the last, making it the most powerful tool in a meditator's repertoire.

A Vedic Meditation Rounding Retreat is an immersive experience designed to deepen your meditation experience, release stress, and accelerate personal growth through a structured sequence of techniques known as "rounding" (see explanation in Rounding Workshop above)

You also get to connect with our community in a beautiful setting. Over 3 or 4 days, you'll practice multiple rounds, achieve the equivalent of 6 months of daily meditation. Students report lasting bliss, transformation, and renewal.
