What will the Meditation course be like?

The meditation course will be conducted in person over a consecutive of 4 days.  
The first day is an initiation day when you will receive a personalized mantra and learn the meditation technique.
The following 3 days of follow up sessions will cover the knowledge about the mechanics of the technique, which is designed to deepen students’ understanding day over day.  
We will also review and discuss your home practice experience, which you will have multiple opportunities to do on your own.
You will be completely self-sufficient at the end of the 4-day course.

We follow a time-honored tradition of having students determine their own course contribution. This allows everyone who wants to learn the ability to take the course. It is based on each student’s highest integrity.

The one-time course contribution includes a lifetime of unlimited follow ups, e.g. newsletters, group meditations, repeat of the course as many times as you desire, with me or any of my colleagues around the world.

Special Arrangements

Special rates are available for children, seniors, veterans. Payment plans are available upon inquiry for people who don’t have regular income.

Tiered contribution

General Guidelines:

Recommended contribution is one week's of income, $600 minimal (for people with regular income streams)
$450 (full-time students working towards a high-school, undergraduate, or graduate degree)
